General Subscription Terms of the VIP CLUB of Flash-Discount

Definitions:

"Site" refers to flash-discount.com.
"VIP CLUB" refers to the subscription program offered by the Site.
"Subscriber" refers to any user who has subscribed to the VIP CLUB.

Subscription:

By joining the VIP CLUB, the Subscriber agrees to pay £8.99 per month. In return, the subscriber gains access to unlocking a 50% discount on any product in our catalog. As long as the subscription is maintained, the subscriber will retain this 50% discount. However, this discount will be forfeited if the subscription is cancelled.

Payment:

The amount of £8.99 will automatically be deducted from the Subscriber's account every month, on the anniversary date of the subscription.
Any payment delay will result in the suspension of the subscription and its related benefits.

Cancellation:

The Subscriber can cancel their membership to the VIP CLUB at any time without charge by sending an email to support@flash-discount.com.
This will be done within 2 business days. After cancellation, the Subscriber will no longer be debited, but any amount already paid for the current month will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that customer support fails to cancel the subscription, any charges incurred after the cancellation request will be refunded. The benefits associated with the subscription will end immediately upon cancellation. If the subscriber accidentally enrolled in the VIP Club and did not use the service at all, they are entitled to request a refund, which can be obtained by contacting our customer support.

Modification of Terms:

The Site reserves the right to modify these general terms at any time. Any change will be notified to Subscribers in advance. If the Subscriber does not accept the new terms, they can terminate their subscription according to the procedure described above.

Liability:

flash-discount.com cannot be held responsible in case a product is unavailable or if a product does not meet the Subscriber's expectations.

Personal Data:

By joining the VIP CLUB, the Subscriber agrees that their personal data will be used by flash-discount.com in accordance with the Site's privacy policy.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms are governed by the law of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute related to the interpretation or execution of these terms will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in the district of Ras Al Khaimah. By subscribing to the VIP CLUB of flash-discount.com, the Subscriber acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these general subscription terms.
