Order Cancellation:

You have a 24-hour window before the item(s) are shipped to cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped, kindly follow the relevant return policies mentioned above based on your reason for return.

Lost Shipments:

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. After approval, Flash-Discount will process the refund within 2 business days, and it will then take an additional 5-10 business days for our financial institution to process, using the original payment method.


All products are legally guaranteed for 3 months against manufacturing defects and other defaults when used properly. Misuse resulting in breakage or other defaults is not covered. If you notice any defects within the first three months, contact us at for the return and repair or replacement of the defective product. We also offer our customers the option to extend the warranty on their entire order for an additional year.

The 1-year extended warranty is an optional purchase available at checkout. It will be charged 24 hours after your purchase, during which time you may cancel it free of charge by contacting us at or replying to the email you received regarding the warranty. If the warranty was purchased accidentally, you are eligible for a full refund within 90 days.
