- Anticipate a delivery window of 7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Costs

To sustain our commitment to affordable pricing, a nominal fee of £3.49 is applied to carts under £29.99. This approach enables us to offer a wider range of budget-friendly items, considering the higher shipping costs associated with smaller orders.

Nevertheless, for all orders exceeding £29.99, shipping is free of charge.
While we make reasonable efforts to meet the provided shipping and delivery timelines, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipments.

Order Modifications:

Non-Receipt of Items:

If you have successfully placed an order but have not received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, kindly contact the carrier to locate your package. Once an item is dispatched, and in the carrier's possession, any issues must be directed to them. However, if the problem persists, reach out to us at, and we will make every effort to assist and resolve the matter promptly. To prevent the need to file a claim with the carrier, you may opt for our shipping insurance at checkout. Should your item not be received under rare circumstances, we will resend it at no additional charge, sparing you the hassle of dealing with the carrier.
