Shipping Policy
Below are the terms and conditions that define our Shipping Policy, adapted to our current logistics organization. We currently offer delivery services within the United Arab Emirates as well as in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
FlashVentes is operated by CPM Consulting FZ LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our logistics operations are managed from the United Arab Emirates and through partner warehouses depending on the delivery destination.
For these regions:
- Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days (48 hours, Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery time is 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees of £3.49 apply to orders with a total value below £29.99.
For all orders with a total value equal to or greater than £29.99, shipping is free.
The delivery times provided are estimates based on destination and logistical conditions. For more precise information, please refer to the details displayed on the product page at the time of ordering.

Order Modification
Once an order has been confirmed (24 hours after purchase), it can no longer be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, please initiate the return process after receiving the item. Click here to visit our refund and return policy page.

Non-Receipt of Order
If you have successfully placed an order but have not received it, even if the tracking status indicates delivery, please contact us at support@flash-discount.com so that we can open an investigation with the carrier and locate your parcel.
We remain your primary point of contact for any delivery-related questions. If the carrier confirms an issue or a loss, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a reshipment or a refund, depending on the situation.
In some cases, tracking information may not be immediately available due to technical or logistical issues. If you are unable to locate your item, please contact us at support@flash-discount.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as it is generated by the carrier.
Depending on the carrier and shipping method used, tracking activation may take a short time after dispatch.

Damaged Order
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service at support@flash-discount.com as soon as possible.
To allow us to review the situation and process your request promptly, supporting evidence may be requested (for example, a photo of the product or packaging).
Depending on the situation, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement shipment or a refund.
