Return And Refund Policy

If you ultimately decide not to keep your purchase, you are entitled to return any item within a period of 30 days, starting from the day following the receipt of your order. In order to facilitate the return process, we kindly ask you to notify us by email at support@flash-discount.com before sending the item back. This procedure does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Returns due to a change of mind by the customer will be accepted provided that:
1. The item is returned in a condition suitable for resale.
2. For items with a manufacturer’s warranty seal, the seal must remain intact.
3. The item has not been damaged by the customer, whether through handling or use.
4. The item is returned in its original packaging, including all original accessories.

In the case of a return due to a change of mind by the customer, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return policy for damaged, incorrect, or defective products:

If you identify damaged, non-compliant, or defective items in your order, please contact us immediately by email at support@flash-discount.com.

In such cases, you have a period of 30 days to return the items in order to obtain a refund or an exchange. This period starts on the day following receipt of your order.

Once the item has been returned and received at our return address, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the original payment method.

Initiating A Return

To facilitate the processing of your return, we invite you to contact us by email at support@flash-discount.com before sending your package. This step is optional and does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns for orders delivered in Europe must be sent exclusively to the European return address indicated above.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at support@flash-discount.com to submit a cancellation request.

If the order has already been shipped, you retain your statutory right of withdrawal and may follow the return policy outlined above, depending on the reason for return.

In the event of a cancellation validated before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

Lost Shipments:

If at least 10 days have passed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service at support@flash-discount.com. We will ask you to allow a period of 5 business days for us to investigate the location of your package with the carrier.

If, following this investigation, the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will proceed either with a reshipment of your order at no additional cost or with a refund, according to your preference.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse. After approval, the refund will be processed within 2 business days, followed by an additional 5 to 10 business days for our financial institution to complete the transaction using the original payment method.

Warranty:

All products sold on Flash Discount benefit from the statutory legal conformity warranty applicable in your country of residence, including a duration of two years for consumers located in the European Union, in accordance with applicable regulations.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance covered by this legal warranty, please contact us at support@flash-discount.com so that we may arrange, as applicable, the repair, replacement, or refund of the concerned product.

Damage resulting from improper use, use not in accordance with instructions, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

We also offer, on an optional basis, an extended commercial warranty of one year, in addition to the existing legal warranty. This extended warranty is an optional service, clearly presented at checkout and charged only if voluntarily subscribed to by the customer.

The extended warranty may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours following purchase by contacting us at support@flash-discount.com. In the event of a validated cancellation, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
